Allen Wilson Jeardeau (April 1, 1866 – April 10, 1900) was an American college football and college baseball coach.{{cite book|title=Secretary's ... Report|author=Harvard University. Class of 1896|date=1911|url=https://books.google.com/books?id=WyJYAAAAYAAJ|accessdate=June 20, 2015}} He served as the head football coach at the Platteville Normal School—now the University of Wisconsin–Platteville—in 1895 and 1898 and at Louisiana State University (LSU) from 1896 to 1897.{{cite web|url=http://www.lsusports.net/fls/5200/assets/docs/fb/pdf/17guide.pdf|title=LSU Year-by-Year Records|publisher=lsusports.net|page=107|accessdate=2018-07-29|archive-date=2018-01-19|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20180119120040/http://www.lsusports.net/fls/5200/assets/docs/fb/pdf/17guide.pdf|url-status=dead}} In 1896, his first season with the LSU Tigers, Jeardeau led the team to a 6–0 record and a Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Association (SIAA) championship. He was also the head coach of the LSU Tigers baseball team in 1898.{{cn|date=January 2023}} Jeardeau was a graduate of the Platteville Normal School and a student at Harvard University.
