Allium roborowskianum is an Asian species of wild onion native to Xinjiang and Mongolia. It grows at elevations of 1000–1300 m.[http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=2&taxon_id=240001049 Flora of China v 24 p 201.]

Allium roborowskianum produces one round bulb up to 25 cm in diameter. Scape is up to 50 cm tall, round in cross-section. Leaves are flat. linear, shorter than the scape, up to 15 mm across.
