Flow
The creek rises in Pennsylvania and flows in the northwest corner of Carroll County, Maryland and southeast of Adams County, Pennsylvania. The Starners Dam Bridge is a steel stringer bridge over the creek on Baptist Road in Taneytown, Carroll County, Maryland.
