Aloe sinana is a succulent plant species from Ethiopia.{{cite web |url=https://powo.science.kew.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:529897-1|title=Aloe sinana Reynolds |access-date=28 December 2022 |publisher=Kew Science – Plants of the World Online}} It is related to Aloe camperi. It is a shrubby Aloe with leaves longer than Aloe camperi and different inflorescence. The flowers are orange-red in color.
