Alsu Renatovna Abdullina ({{langx|ru|Алсу Ренатовна Абдуллина}}; {{langx|tt|Абдуллина Алсу Ренат Кызы|Abdullina Alsu Renat Kyzy}}; born 11 April 2001) is a Russian footballer who plays as a left-back or wing-back for Lokomotiv Moscow in the Russian Women's Football Championship and the Russia women's national team.
