Ammersbek is a municipality in the district of Stormarn, in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It is situated approximately {{convert|4|km}} northwest of Ahrensburg, and {{convert|23|km}} northeast of Hamburg, and is considered by many to be a part of Hamburg.
