Ampthill Rugby Club is an English rugby union team based in Ampthill, Bedfordshire. Ampthill women's team The Lionesses currently compete in the NC3 competition.

History

In 2013–14, the team finished second but lost the promotion play-off to Darlington Mowden Park of the National League 2 North.{{cite web|title=National League 2 South|url=http://www.englandrugby.com/fixtures-and-results/competitions/national-leagues/2013-2014/group/17338|publisher=Rugby Football Union|access-date=20 June 2013}} In 2014–15, they again finished second having been transferred to National League 2 North.
