Andar Char is a village in Patuakhali District in the Barisal Division of southern-central Bangladesh.{{cite web |url=http://geonames.nga.mil/ggmagaz/ |title=NGA GeoNames Database |publisher=National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency |access-date=2008-07-14}} It is on a coastal island in the western Bay of Bengal which has the same name.
