The Jacksonville Jaguars selected Cisco in the third round (65th overall) of the 2021 NFL draft. On September 12, 2021, Cisco made his professional regular season debut in the Jacksonville Jaguars' season-opener at the Houston Texans, but was limited to one solo tackle during the 21–37 loss. On December 16, 2021, the Jacksonville Jaguars fired head coach Urban Meyer due to multiple controversies.
