Andrew Joseph Livingston Conners (born November 12, 1978) is a butterfly stroke swimmer from the United States, who competed for Puerto Rico at the 2000 Summer Olympics and at the 2004 Summer Olympics.[https://web.archive.org/web/20200418015756/https://www.sports-reference.com/olympics/athletes/li/andrew-livingston-1.html Sports Reference Profile]

His mother is from Puerto Rico. He competed for United States at the 1997 World University Games, but has represented Puerto Rico in swimming since then.
