Andrew Paul Hallman is an American intelligence official who served as acting Principal Executive in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence from October 2019 to February 2020. He previously served in the CIA as head of digital innovation.

Early life and education

Hallman studied at Michigan State University, graduating with a bachelor of science degree in 1984. During his time at the CIA, Hallman served in the intelligence directorate, before becoming the director of the Directorate of Digital Innovation in 2015, at the request of Director John O. With the resignation of the Acting Deputy Director of National Intelligence, Susan M.
