Ann Hulbert (now Ann Hopper; born October 28, 1965) is a retired American tennis player.{{Cite web|title=Tennis Abstract: Ann Hulbert WTA Match Results, Splits, and Analysis|url=http://www.tennisabstract.com/cgi-bin/wplayer.cgi?p=AnnHulbert|access-date=2020-09-16|website=www.tennisabstract.com}} In 1982, she captured the Canadian Junior Open singles championship and reached the doubles finals of the Italian Junior Open and the girls draw at the US Open.
