Anne Samplonius (born February 11, 1968) is a road cyclist from Canada. She was born in the United States, has lived most of her life in Canada, and is a citizen of both countries. Samplonius graduated from the University of Alberta with a bachelor's degree in Recreational Administration in 1992. She was a silver medallist in the time trial at the 1994 UCI Road World Championships, and was a double winner of the Canadian National Time Trial Championships.
