Anthony Stephen Harrington

Anthony Stephen Harrington is a lawyer and former American ambassador to Brazil (1999–2001).{{cite web |title=Anthony S. Harrington was a longtime partner at Hogan & Hartson (now Hogan Lovells) in Washington, D.C.
