The North Coast railway line passes through the locality from south to north.{{Queensland Globe|access-date=12 June 2022}} The locality was once served by the Antigua railway station ({{coord|-25.6379|152.6023|type:railwaystation_region:AU-QLD|name=Antigua railway station}}), but it is now abandoned.
