Antonis Parayios ({{langx|el|Αντώνης Παραγυιός}}; 15 August 1929 – 28 November 2023) was a Greek professional footballer who played as a defender.
Club career

International career
Parayios became an international with Greece, making two appearances in 1950 and 1951. Personal life
Parayios was married to Kyriaki, whose origin is from Asia Minor.
