Arcinazzo Romano is a {{lang|it|comune}} (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Rome in the Italian region of Lazio, located about {{convert|50|km|mi}} east of Rome.

Arcinazzo Romano borders the following municipalities: Affile, Jenne, Piglio, Roiate, Serrone, Subiaco, Trevi nel Lazio. It was called Ponza until 1891.Regio Decreto che autorizza il comune di Ponza di Arcinazzo a cambiare l'attuale sua denominazione in quella di Arcinazzo Romano, 29 maggio 1891, Gazzetta Ufficiale del Regno, 23 giugno 1891, n. 145.

The area of Arcinazzo includes a wide plateau ({{lang|it|altopiano}} in Italian), a popular holiday resort; the plateau is home to the remains of the Villa of Trajan, the summer palace and hunting residence of emperor Trajan.
