The Arize ({{IPA|fr|aʁiz}}; {{langx|oc|Arisa}}) is a river of France, a right tributary of the Garonne. It arises at {{convert|1,355|m}} in the massif of Arize, in the Pyrenees, in the department of Ariège. The Arize is {{convert|83.8|km|mi|abbr=on}} long{{sandre|id=O07-0400|nom=L'Arize}} and flows into the Garonne at Carbonne.

In its first {{convert|4|or|5|km|spell=in}} it is called the Péguère. It formed the grotto of Le Mas-d'Azil.
