Arlindo Rodrigues (1931 - Rio de Janeiro, 1987) was a celebrated Brazilian carnavalesco, or carnival director.Rio, samba e carnaval 2006 - Issue 35 - Page 107 "Fernando Pamplona, the forerunner in the field, describes it like this: "There's no question that Paulo Barros was one of the most creative carnival artists in terms of samba schools. He's the Fernando Pinto or Arlindo Rodrigues of today", ." For GRES Mocidade Independente de Padre Miguel in 1974, he presented the plot{{huh?|date=February 2024}} "A Festa do Divino" ( "The Party of the Divine").
