Aron Stuart Singh Nijjar (born 24 September 1994) is an English cricketer who most recently played for Essex County Cricket Club. Primarily a left-handed slow left-arm orthodox bowler, he also bats left-handed. He made his First-class debut for Essex against Leicestershire in May 2015. He made his Twenty20 debut for Essex in the 2018 t20 Blast on 17 August 2018.{{cite web |url=http://www.espncricinfo.com/ci/engine/match/1127567.html |title=South Group (N), Vitality Blast at Chelmsford, Aug 17 2018 |accessdate=17 August 2018 |work=ESPN Cricinfo}}
Despite consistent performances with bat and ball in the Essex 2nd XI, the excellence and uninterrupted availability of spin-bowling all-rounder Simon Harmer limited Nijjar's appearances for the Essex first team. In September 2023 Nijjar joined Kent on loan for the last three games of the season.{{cite web |last1=Howson |first1=Nick |title=Kent sign Aron Nijjar on loan from Essex to boost survival bid |url=https://www.thecricketer.com/Topics/countycricket/kent_sign_aron_nijjar_loan_essex_survival_bid.html |publisher=The Cricketer |access-date=10 September 2023 |date=9 September 2023}} On 14 September 2023, Nijjar was released by Essex.{{cite web |title=Quartet to depart Essex |url=https://www.essexcricket.org.uk/2023/09/14/quartet-to-depart-essex |publisher=Essex Cricket |access-date=14 September 2023 |date=14 September 2023}}
