Arthur Curtis Hawkins (November 27, 1935 – October 14, 2024) was an American politician from the state of New Mexico. An orthodontist, he attended the University of New Mexico, Northwestern University and Baylor University.{{cite news|url=https://www.legacy.com/us/obituaries/abqjournal/name/arthur-hawkins-obituary?id=56632547|title=Dr. Arthur C. He won elections in 1994 and 1998, and lost elections in 1996 and 2000. Hawkins died on October 14, 2024, at the age of 88.
