Services and franchise program
Assist-2-Sell has two advertising options for clients to choose from. In the first option, "Direct to Buyer", the real estate agent acts like a conventional agent by marketing the property and dealing with the documents. In the second option, "MLS for Less", sellers get all of the benefits from the previous method as well as having their house listed on the MLS. It advertises houses through newspapers, magazines, mail, and signs, as well as the iHouse2000.com website.{{cite news |last=Levin |first=Julie |date=2005-02-13 |title=Real Estate Services at Discount |url=https://infoweb.newsbank.com/apps/news/document-view?p=AWNB&docref=news/1085C283B3BB7313&f=basic |newspaper=Miami Herald |access-date=2019-11-30 |archive-url=https://archive.today/20191130084905/https://infoweb.newsbank.com/apps/news/document-view?p=AWNB&docref=news/1085C283B3BB7313&f=basic |archive-date=2019-11-30 |url-status=live }}{{cite book |last=Irwin |first=Robert |date=2002 |orig-year=1993 |title=The for Sale by Owner Kit |edition=4 |url=https://archive.org/details/forsalebyownerki00irwi_0 |url-access=registration |location=Chicago |publisher=Dearborn Trade Publishing (Kaplan, Inc.) |pages=[https://archive.org/details/forsalebyownerki00irwi_0/page/38 38]–39 |isbn=978-0-7931-5026-7 |access-date=2019-11-30 }} The company receives a commission only after a house is sold.{{cite news |last=Gardyasz |first=Joe |date=2000-02-06 |title=$etting up a lower standard: Assist-2-Sell shaking up real estate world with flat fee |url=https://www.newspapers.com/clip/39822701/the_bismarck_tribune/ |newspaper=The Bismarck Tribune |via=Newspapers.com |access-date=2019-11-30 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20191130021552/https://www.newspapers.com/clip/39822701/the_bismarck_tribune/ |archive-date=2019-11-30 }}
