{{sidebar Transportation in Puerto Rico}}
AutoExpreso is an electronic toll collection system used on tollways in the United States territory of Puerto Rico.{{cite web|url=http://www.dtop.gov.pr/carretera/det_content.asp?cnt_id=1396&cn_id=120 |title=AutoExpreso |language=es |access-date=December 28, 2012 |publisher=Department of Transportation and Public Works of Puerto Rico |url-status=dead |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20121223031056/http://www.dtop.gov.pr/carretera/det_content.asp?cnt_id=1396&cn_id=120 |archive-date=2012-12-23 }} The system uses passive transponders{{fact|date=November 2021}} where payment status is indicated by a light at the toll plazas.
In 2012, AutoExpreso became the exclusive form of payment on most of Puerto Rico's tollways, with cash no longer being accepted.{{fact|date=November 2021}} However, until 2015, cash was still accepted on PR-5 and PR-22 due to the privatization of those tollways.{{fact|date=November 2021}}
In addition to window transponders, a card form of AutoExpreso known as MóvilCash is also available.{{fact|date=November 2021}} AutoExpreso is not interoperable with other electronic toll collection systems outside Puerto Rico (such as E-ZPass in the northeastern United States or SunPass in Florida).
