History
Avenga's formation resulted from a series of mergers and acquisitions.
In 2017, Oaktree Capital Management and Cornerstone Partners, two private equity groups, acquired the Polish outsourcing firm IT Kontrakt. In 2021, Avenga acquired a big Ukrainian software development firm, Perfectial.
