Bátorliget (before 1975: Aporliget)[https://www.hurra-nyaralunk.hu/taxonomy/term/7481 Bátorliget] {{in lang|hu}} is a village in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county, in the Northern Great Plain region of eastern Hungary.
The village (then named Aporliget) was the last one to be electrified in the country, on August 20, 1963, thus completing the 75-year-long process of electrification (which incidentally started in a nearby town, Mátészalka, in 1888).{{Cite web |url=http://www.mvm.hu/engine.aspx?page=cegtortenet |title=MVM cégtörténet |accessdate=2009-06-06 |archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20090919041435/http://www.mvm.hu/engine.aspx?page=cegtortenet |archivedate=2009-09-19 }}
