He participated in the Men's eight alongside Charles Willumsen, Ib Nielsen, Niels Rasmussen, Gerhardt Sørensen, Jarl Emcken, Poul Korup, Holger Larsen, and Niels Wamberg, but the team was eliminated in the opening round.
