Baltimore Marylands

The Baltimore Marylands were a short-lived professional baseball team that existed in the {{by|1873}} National Association season.{{cite web|url=https://www.retrosheet.org/boxesetc/B/FR_BL4.htm|title=Baltimore Marylands (1873)|work=retrosheet.org|publisher=Retrosheet, Inc|access-date=7 January 2010}} Their existence consisted of a six games from April 14 to July 11, and finished with a win–loss record of 0–6.{{cite web|url=https://www.retrosheet.org/boxesetc/1873/VBL401873.htm|title=The 1873 Baltimore Marylands Regular Season Game Log|work=retrosheet.org|publisher=Retrosheet, Inc|access-date=7 January 2010}} In those six games, two of which were against the Washington Blue Legs and four versus the Baltimore Canaries, the team allowed 152 runs to score, while scoring 26 for themselves.
