Bannu pulao (Urdu: بنوں پلاؤ; Pashto: بنو پلاوو) or Bannu beef pulao, also called Banuse pulao (Pashto: بنوڅۍ پلاوو), is a traditional mixed rice dish from the Bannu district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. It is made with beef, rice, spices, and stock. The beef is cooked with bones and marrow, which gives the dish a rich and flavorful taste. The rice is cooked separately with ghee, salt, and whole spices. The dish is served with a garnish of onions, green chilies, and lemon wedges.{{Cite web |title=Malang Jan Bannu Beef Pulao |url=https://niftyfoodz.com/recipe/malang-jan-bannu-beef-pulao |access-date=2023-10-19 |website=niftyfoodz.com |language=en}}{{Cite web |date=2021-11-07 |title=Bannu Beef Pulao Recipe by Fimmi Malik |url=https://cookpad.com/pk/recipes/13400991-bannu-beef-pulao |access-date=2023-10-19 |website=Cookpad |language=en}}
