The Barguelonne ({{IPA|fr|baʁɡəlɔn}}; {{langx|oc|Bargalona}}) is a {{convert|61.1|km|mi|adj=on}} long river in the Lot, Tarn-et-Garonne and Lot-et-Garonne départements, southwestern France.{{sandre|id=O61-0400|nom=La Barguelonne}} Its source is near Terry, a hamlet in Pern. It flows generally southwest. It is a right tributary of the Garonne into which it flows between Golfech and Lamagistère.

Its main tributary is the Barguelonnette.
