History and profile

Barometern was established in 1841.{{cite journal|author=Eric C. Bellquist|title=Emergency Regulations and the Press in Sweden|journal=Journalism Quarterly|year=1941|volume=18|issue=4|page=356|doi=10.1177/107769904101800402|s2cid=151984104 }} The paper was published by the Tidningen Barometerns AB from 1903 to 1989. Circulation

In 2010 Barometern OT sold 42,300 copies.
