In molecular biology, the Bcl-x interacting domain is a protein domain found in BAM, Bim and Bcl2-like protein 11. It is a long alpha helix, which is required for interaction with Bcl-x.{{cite journal |vauthors=Liu X, Dai S, Zhu Y, Marrack P, Kappler JW | title = The structure of a Bcl-xL/Bim fragment complex: implications for Bim function | journal = Immunity | volume = 19 | issue = 3 | pages = 341–52 |date=September 2003| pmid = 14499110 | doi = 10.1016/S1074-7613(03)00234-6| doi-access = free }}
