Becky Hogge (born 1979 in London) is a UK-based music and technology writer and the first full-time executive director{{Cite web|url=https://www.openrightsgroup.org/blog/becky-hogge-to-be-new-org-executive-director/|title=Becky Hogge to be new ORG Executive Director|first1=14 Dec 2006 Suw|last1=Charman|first2=erson Organising|last2=ORG|website=Open Rights Group}} of the Open Rights Group, resigning in 2008. As a writer and commentator, she covers the global politics of technology, open source, and intellectual property rights.
