The First 25.7 is a development of the Beneteau First 260 Spirit and was developed into the Beneteau First 25S in 2008.
Production

Design
The First 25.7 is a recreational keelboat, built predominantly of fiberglass, with wood trim. It has a fractional sloop rig, a plumb stem, a vertical transom, dual transom-hung rudders controlled by a tiller and a centreboard or optional fixed fin keel. It displaces {{convert|4740|lb|kg|0|abbr=on}} and carries {{convert|1433|lb|kg|0|abbr=on}} of ballast.
The keel-equipped version of the boat has a draft of {{convert|4.76|ft|m|abbr=on}}, while the centreboard-equipped version has a draft of {{convert|6.07|ft|m|abbr=on}} with the centreboard extended and {{convert|2.79|ft|m|abbr=on}} with it retracted.
The boat is optionally fitted with a Nanni Industries diesel engine of {{convert|14|hp|kW|0|abbr=on}}. The fuel tank holds {{convert|8|u.s.gal}} and the fresh water tank has a capacity of {{convert|10|u.s.gal}}.
