Benowo ({{IPAc-pl|b|e|'|n|o|w|o}}) ({{langx|de|Bönhof}} or Bönhoff) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ryjewo, within Kwidzyn County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.{{TERYT}} It lies approximately {{convert|6|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north of Ryjewo, {{convert|18|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north of Kwidzyn, and {{convert|56|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south of the regional capital Gdańsk.
