Berlei House, now known as Curtin House, is an Inter-war Art Deco-style building located at 39-47 Regent Street, {{NSWcity|Chippendale}}, in the City of Sydney local government area of New South Wales, Australia. The concrete building with six floors was built for Berlei United Limited in the early 1920s{{Citation | author1=Clune, Frank | title=Saga of Sydney : the birth, growth and maturity of the mother city of Australia | publication-date=1961 | publisher=Halstead Press | edition=Subscriber's | url=http://trove.nla.gov.au/work/8505963 | access-date=26 July 2014| page = 437 }} and occupied by Berlei in 1922.{{cite web |url=http://www.australiandressregister.org/garment/390/ |title=Berlei historic corset |work=Australian Dress Register |publisher=Museum of Applied Arts & Sciences |date=n.d. |access-date=21 January 2019 }}{{cite web |page=15 |url=http://photosau.com.au/cosrates/Spreadsheets/1930/1930_PHILLIP_WARD.pdf |title=City of Sydney Archives |publisher=City of Sydney |date=2008 |access-date=21 January 2019 }}

It was converted into an office building and, for some years, was the Sydney office of the engineering consultancy, Gutteridge Haskins & Davey.

It is considered an architecturally significant building, and is a key part of a proposed heritage area in and around South Regent Street.{{citation needed|date=January 2019}}

The building has been renovated and is now being used by Curtin University.
