Berrier is a hamlet in Cumbria, England. Etymology
Berrier means {{Gloss|hill shieling}} – from Old English (OE) {{Lang|ang-latn|berg}} {{Gloss|hill}}, and Old Norse (ON) {{Lang|non-latn|erg}} {{Gloss|shieling, hill pasture}}.
