The two-door Nuccio was designed by Bertone Design Director Michael Robinson and is powered by a mid-mounted {{convert|430|bhp|kW PS|0|abbr=on}} V8 engine.
It is named after Nuccio Bertone, the son of the founder of the Bertone, Giovanni Bertone.{{cite web|title=Revealed: Bertone Nuccio concept|url=http://www.topgear.com/uk/photos/bertone-nuccio-concept-2012-02-27|work=Top Gear|accessdate=29 February 2012|archive-date=2014-03-08|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20140308031647/http://www.topgear.com/uk/photos/bertone-nuccio-concept-2012-02-27|url-status=dead}}
