William F. Chisholm Jr. is an American businessman who is the managing partner and chief investment officer for STG Partners, LLC, an investment firm. On March 20, 2025, it was announced that Boston Basketball Partners had entered into a definitive agreement with an investor group led by Chisholm to purchase the Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association (NBA) for an "initial valuation" of $6.1 billion.
