William Perry Clowers (August 14, 1898 – January 13, 1978) was an American professional baseball player. Listed at {{convert|5|ft|11|in|m}} and {{convert|175|lb|kg}}, he batted and threw left-handed.

Born in San Marcos, Texas,{{efn|Clowers was born in San Marcos, per Retrosheet. Clowers played briefly for the Boston Red Sox during the 1926 season as a relief pitcher.
