William Samuel Stevens{{cite web|url=https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/S/StevBi00.htm|title=Billy Stevens|publisher=Pro-Football-Reference.com|accessdate=2011-07-15}} (born August 27, 1945) is an American former professional football quarterback in the National Football League (NFL). Stevens was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the third round of the 1968 NFL/AFL draft. Stevens received a Bachelor of Science degree in education from UTEP in 1968.
