Blakeslee is an unincorporated community in Tobyhanna Township in Monroe County, Pennsylvania, United States. A post office was established in Blakeslee in 1884 and named after Jacob Blakeslee, the first postmaster.{{cite book|last1=Mathews|first1=Alfred|title=History of Wayne, Pike, and Monroe Counties, Pennsylvania|url=https://archive.org/details/cu31924028854953|date=1886|publisher=R.T. Peck & Co.|page=[https://archive.org/details/cu31924028854953/page/n1422 1277]}} The post office was located near Burger Road near his 300-acre homestead. Jacob Blakeslee would later serve as justice of the peace for the small community. The Blakeslee Flea Market is a popular Flea Market for the surrounding community.
