The Bolshoy Kinel ({{langx|ru|Большо́й Кине́ль}}) is a river in Orenburg and Samara Oblasts of Russia. It is a right tributary of the river Samara, and is {{convert|422|km|sp=us}} long, with a drainage basin of {{convert|14900|km2|sp=us}}.[http://textual.ru/gvr/index.php?card=185145 «Река Б.КИНЕЛЬ»], Russian State Water Registry It has its sources on the northern slopes of the Obshchy Syrt hills, and flows into the Samara {{convert|15|km|0|sp=us}} east of the city of Samara.
Along the river are located the towns of Buguruslan, Pokhvistnevo, Otradny and, at the confluence with the Samara, Kinel.{{citation needed|date=July 2020}}
