Bombay Catholic Sabha

The Bombay Catholic Sabha (BCS) was founded on January 20, 1989 under the patronage of the then Archbishop of Bombay, Cardinal Simon Pimenta.{{Cite book|last=Pimenta, Simon, 1920-|url=http://worldcat.org/oclc/224161223|title=Cardinal Valerian Gracias : his life and ministry|date=2002|publisher=St. Pauls|isbn=81-7109-581-X|oclc=224161223}} It is a non-political organisation registered as a Public Trust, under the Bombay Public Trusts Act 1950.
