It lies approximately {{convert|15|km|mi|0}} south-west of Bytów and {{convert|60|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-west of Gdańsk (capital city of the Pomeranian Voivodeship). It is located within the ethnocultural region of Kashubia in the historic region of Pomerania.
