Brian Lloyd Bohannon (born December 17, 1970){{cite book|url=https://issuu.com/gtathletics/docs/2012_spring_guide/35|title=2012 Georgia Tech Football Spring Guide|publisher=Georgia Tech|year=2012|page=35|access-date=September 7, 2024}} is an American college football coach. He is a senior offensive assistant for Georgia Tech.{{cite web|url=https://ramblinwreck.com/tech-adds-four-to-football-staff-jan25/|title=Tech Adds Four to Football Staff|website=ramblinwreck|access-date=January 25, 2025|date=January 24, 2025}} He previously served as the head football coach for Kennesaw State University, a position he held since the inception of the program in 2013 until 2024. The Kennesaw State Owls began play in 2015.

Early life

Bohannon attended the University of Georgia, where he played at wide receiver for Georgia Bulldogs football from 1990 to 1993.{{cite web|url=https://georgiadogs.com/news/2002/2/15/All_Time_Georgia_Football_Lettermen|title=All-Time Georgia Football Lettermen|publisher=University of Georgia|access-date=September 7, 2024}} Bohannon completed his bachelor's degree in general business from the Georgia Terry College of Business in 1993. In 1996, Bohannon completed a master's degree in business education at the University of West Georgia.

Coaching career

On November 10, 2024, Kennesaw State announced that Bohannon stepped down as the Owls head coach after a 1–8 start to the season and a 72–38 overall record.
