The Bridge Challenge Plate is one of the events at Henley Royal Regatta on the River Thames at Henley-on-Thames in England. Crews of women's eight-oared boats below the standard of the Remenham Challenge Cup can enter, although international standard heavyweight crews are not permitted to row in the Bridge Challenge Plate.
This is a new event for 2025, with the same Qualification Rules as for The Ladies' Challenge Plate. The event's name follows the tradition of naming trophies after local landmarks, but is also appropriate for a new Women's event: the keystone sculptures of Tamesis and Isis on Henley Bridge were created by Ann Seymour Damer, a pioneering female artist of the 18th century.{{cite web |title=Bridge Challenge plate |url=https://www.hrr.co.uk/compete/intermediate-events/ |website=Henley Royal Regatta}}
