British Election Study

The British Election Study is an academic project to analyse the results of British elections{{Cite web|url=https://www.britishelectionstudy.com/|title=The British Election Study|website=www.britishelectionstudy.com}} that has examined every general election in the United Kingdom since 1964.{{Cite web|url=https://beta.ukdataservice.ac.uk/datacatalogue/series/series?id=200003|title=UK Data Service › Series|website=beta.ukdataservice.ac.uk}} The lead researchers are based at the University of Oxford and the University of Manchester.

The first study was conducted by David Butler and Donald E. Stokes.
