The population density was {{convert|6,949.1|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}. There were 2,267 housing units at an average density of {{convert|2,317.4|/sqmi|/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}. The racial makeup of the CDP was 67.92% White (37.3% were Non-Hispanic White),{{cite web |url=http://www.muninetguide.com/states/florida/municipality/Broadview_Park.php |title=Demographics of Broadview Park, FL |publisher=MuniNetGuide.com |access-date=2007-11-18}} 16.98% African American, 0.21% Native American, 1.94% Asian, 0.49% Pacific Islander, 8.16% from other races, and 4.31% from two or more races.
