History
=''BUBBLE'' magazine=
BUBBLE Comics was founded in 2011 by journalist Artyom Gabrelyanov as part of News Media, a company owned by his father, media mogul Aram Gabrelyanov. Initially it published the eponymous BUBBLE magazine with collections of satirical comics, such as Bruce UnMighty, Dick Adequate, HastarbAnime, and Mister Policeman.
The magazine did not gain much popularity and was published for less than a year.{{Cite web|title=About us|url=https://news.bubble.ru/about|url-status=live|access-date=4 July 2021|website=news.bubble.ru|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20210709182824/https://news.bubble.ru/about |archive-date=9 July 2021 }}{{Cite web|title=Габреляновы и российская империя комиксов|url=https://www.gq.ru/entertainment/gabrelyanovy-i-rossijskaya-imperiya-komiksov|access-date=4 July 2021|website=GQ Россия|language=ru-RU}} Over time, Artyom Gabrelyanov decided that the publishing house should abandon humorous comics in favor of adventure and superhero ones.{{Cite web|title=Главред издательства комиксов Bubble: "Хотим, чтобы нас читали даже кондукторы"|url=https://www.m24.ru/articles/intervyu/03102016/118196|access-date=4 July 2021|website=m24.ru|language=ru}}
