Bugdasheni Managed Reserve ({{lang-ka|ბუღდაშენის ტბის აღკვეთილი}}) is a protected area in Ninotsminda Municipality in Samtskhe-Javakheti region of Georgia. Bugdasheni Lake ecosystem is undergoing restoration. Since 2020 it has been designated as a Ramsar site.
